Hello, Neighbor!
My name is Yousef Rabhi. Born and raised in this community, I have served Ann Arbor in public office for 16 years. My wife, Katie, and I are proud to be growing our family in the city that we love.
I currently serve on the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners, where I started my public service in 2010 at 22 years old. In 2016, I was elected to serve as your State Representative. In my second and third terms in Lansing, I was also elected by my colleagues as Democratic Floor Leader, helping to lead the House Democratic Caucus before returning to the County Commission in 2023.
I want to be your next mayor because I care deeply about what is ahead for the community that has given us so much. I want a future that restores all power to the people of Ann Arbor, and builds solutions that work for all of us, not just out-of-town corporate interests.
I’ve learned a lot over my 16 years of service in state and local government and have always stood by the values of our community. As your mayor, I will build on this service and put your voices first every single day.
Your Neighbor,
